Kari has been supporting people in their health, fitness, and personal growth journeys for over 20 years. What began as a passion for movement has evolved into a holistic, human-centred approach that integrates fitness, mindset, and lived experience.
Kari believes fitness is not about pushing harder or chasing perfection, it’s about building self-trust, resilience, and confidence through movement. She creates supportive, inclusive spaces where individuals feel safe to show up as they are, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with what they’re capable of.
With a strong foundation in fitness training and wellness education, Kari brings a safety-first, thoughtful approach to everything she offers. Her work is informed not only by professional training, but by her own experiences navigating challenge, growth, neurodiversity, and life transitions.
Today, Kari leads programs, retreats, workshops, and classes designed to support whole-person wellness, body, mind, and nervous system. Her work resonates especially with women seeking meaningful change, deeper self-awareness, and a sense of belonging as they move forward in their lives.
