Classes are recorded and available on-demand so if you miss it, you can always catch up on your own time!

Rise to the challenge with this HIIT class combined with strength training using the TRX for a full body workout. Build muscle and maintain bone density, no matter your fitness level. This class focuses on:

These classes are in-person unless you have a TRX at home. The TRX uses your own body weight and can be adjusted with each movement. Modifications are always welcomed.
