About the Author

Kari Berridge is a single mother to three imperfectly perfect children and four amazing grandkids. She grew up in Calgary, AB, Canada in a family of three siblings and two caring parents. She left Calgary at the age of 18 and moved to Edmonton, AB. After moving around the area, she settled in Sherwood Park, AB where she still resides.

Kari has been on a journey of self discovery since the age of 34 after getting away from an abusive relationship. Kari has many neuro diversities including Tourette syndrome, ADHD, TOCD, and anxiety disorder. And because of this has extreme compassion and empathy towards others.

Kari has several businesses including a fitness business, she runs 4-day fitness retreats in the mountains, as well as local day retreats, is an accountability coach, and teaches piano.

Her passion is to help others along with herself to be the best version of self. She coaches from a place of empathy, compassion and intuition. She has 39 years experience with teaching piano and 19 years coaching in the fitness industry. She has helped coach over 100 women to become the best version of themselves. She strives to live by example, committing to constant growth in herself while helping others to see their true potential. Resilience is her middle name. She handles whatever comes at her with grace, strength, and humour. Her motto is “Be the best Kari you can”.
