You’ll be greeted with a warm welcome and gentle orientation to the day ahead. As you arrive, you’ll be invited to slow down, settle in, and leave the outside world at the door. We’ll take time to introduce ourselves, create a sense of safety and connection, and set intentions for the experience before beginning our movement together.
We’ll begin with an energizing fitness session designed to meet you where you are, no matter your experience or ability. This feel-good movement will gently raise your heart rate, build strength, and awaken your body.From there, we’ll transition into deep, intentional stretching to release tension, improve mobility, and support your fascia and muscles. This portion encourages relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection between body and breath.
Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared, nutritious snack designed to refuel and restore. This is an opportunity to slow down, eat mindfully, connect with others, or simply enjoy a moment of quiet. Nourishment here is about more than food, it’s about honoring your body’s needs.
This portion of the workshop is dedicated to slowing the mind and turning inward. Through guided mindfulness practices, reflection, breath awareness, and gentle prompts, you’ll explore what’s present for you, without pressure to write, share, or perform.This time is about noticing patterns, beliefs, sensations, and thoughts with curiosity and compassion, allowing space for clarity, insight, and self-understanding to emerge in whatever way feels right for you.
We’ll come together to gently close the experience with reflection and gratitude. You’ll be invited to acknowledge what you’ve learned, felt, or released throughout the day, and to carry that awareness forward into your life.You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself, with a sense of calm, clarity, and intention to support you beyond the workshop.
